Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Saturday inaugurated and performed Bhoomipujan of 81 works worth Rs Rs 68.87 crore during his visit to Kabirdham district as a part of his ‘Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan’.
This includes inauguration of work bridge construction on the Aagar river from village Munmuna to Kamathi road at a cost of Rs 4.30 crore under the Public Works Department’s bridge construction sub-division, Under Janpad Panchayat Sahaspur-Lohara, work of construction of CC Road in Gram Panchayat Odiakala at a cost of Rs 7.41 lakh, Construction of ‘Aahta’ in Veerangana Anvatibai Higher Secondary School in Gram Panchayat Gochiya at a cost of Rs 7 lakhs, CC road construction in Gram Panchayat Mohgaon at a cost of Rs 5.20 lakh, CC road construction in Gram Panchayat Bhagwatatola at a cost of Rs 5.20 lakh, CC road construction in Gram Panchayat Jamunia at a cost of Rs 5.20 lakh and 132/33 KV sub-station Gandai under Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited.

Chief Minister performed Bhoomipujan of a total of 28 road construction works at a total cost of Rs 32.34 crore.
This includes road construction from Dhauraband to Kritbandha at a cost of Rs 5.07 crore, Virendra Nagar to Patpar in village Virendra-Patpar at a cost of Rs 4.35 crore and Sonpuri to Bhudkuda at a cost of Rs 3.88 crore, Project Office cum Resource Center to be built at village Kunda at a cost of Rs 45.15 lakh, Mainroad to Birmpur at a cost of Rs 24.70 lakh, Mainroad to Paliguda at a cost of Rs 60.53 lakh, Mainroad to Mirmitti at a cost of Rs 50.44 lakh, Jinda from Dharampura at the cost of Rs 75.62 lakh, from Khairjhiti to Ghirghosa at a cost of Rs 127.96 lakh, Indori road from Bilkulikala to Bitkuli Khurd at a cost of Rs 32.51 lakh, Indori Tamrua road to Nawagaon at a cost of Rs 55.89 lakh, Biranpur Litipur to Bisanpura at a cost of Rs 26.66 lakh and Hathlewa to Singhanpuri at a cost of Rs 75.01 lakh, Main Road from Gagria to Khamharia at a cost of Rs 546.39 lakh, Hardi to Ragra at a cost of Rs 22.53 lakh, Daniyakhurd to Bania at a cost of Rs 23.05 lakh, Birora to Saja Road at a cost of Rs 25.70 lakh, Damapur to Dongria at a cost of Rs 150.44 lakh, SH-09 to Charbhanta at a cost of Rs 116.59 lakh, Basni to Ghorpendri at a cost of Rs 63.83 lakh, SH-09 to Ladagpur at a cost of Rs 120.70 lakh and Bharatpur to Dhaneli at a cost of Rs 47.76 lakh, SH-09 to Laduwa at a cost of Rs 108.64 lakh, Main Road to Bohil at a cost of Rs 183.57 lakh, Rahmankampa to Biranbah at a cost of Rs 352.49 lakh, Badna to Pandripani at a cost of Rs 351.24 lakh and Nanapuri to Bhainsbor at a cost of Rs. Rs 55.62 lakh, Polmi to Amapara at a cost of Rs. 93.82 lakh, the main road to Koylari Kapa at Rs 287.67 lakh, Manjholirvan to Gudha at a cost of Rs. 51.21 lakh, and from Kamthi to Navapara at a cost of Rs. 35.21 lakh.
Similarly, Chief Minister laid the foundation stone and performed Bhoomipujan of several other development works of various departments. This includes construction work of Block Public Health Unit at Pandariya at a cost of Rs 50 lakh, Community hall at a cost of Rs 6.50 lakh in Janpad Panchayat Sahaspur-Lohara, Sahupara at a cost of Rs 6.50 lakh, Road Upgradation work from Main Road to Nagababa Road at a cost of Rs 9.88 lakh, Nayapara at a cost of Rs 5.41 lakh, Chitawar Para at a cost of Rs 6.14 lakh, repair work at Secondary School Oriyakhurd at a cost of Rs 9 lakh, Primary School Dariganwa at a cost of Rs. 8.32 lakh, additional room construction at Bhantkudera at a cost of Rs. 8.32 lakh, 5 new Primary School building at a cost of Rs 57.4 lakh, Construction of new pre secondary school building at a cost of Rs 11.48 lakh, Construction of new Anganwadi building at a cost of Rs 18 lakh, 5 passenger waiting room (modular) at a cost of Rs 30.47 lakh, Sughghar Hatri (Haat Bazaar) at a cost of Rs.22.8 lakh, Sheetla Mandir to Basti at a cost of Rs.5.98 lakh, construction of CC road from main road to Aghnu Dhurve’s house at a cost of Rs 6 lakh, Satnami Samaj community hall at a cost of Rs 5 lakh, Sinha Samaj community hall at a cost of Rs 5 lakh, Community hall for tribal society at a cost of Rs 5 lakh and construction of new 33/11 KV sub-station at a cost of Rs 239 lakh at village Biranpur of Pandariya block.
