Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel today organized a meeting of officers and instructed them that the service of common citizens is the principal aim of their Government.
The timely resolution of the problems of common people and their satisfaction along with a transparent administration should be everyone’s priority.
If he receives any complaint about the administration, he will be bound to take action.
Therefore, he asked the officers to refrain from doing any work that could lead to a complaint.
During the statewide Bhent Mulaqat program in the Dharamjaigarh Vidhansabha in the Raigarh district, the Chief Minister conducted a meeting of the local officers and said that he has been giving instructions to the SP and the Collector concerning the resolution of the problems of the common public.
The service, honor, convenience, safety, and prosperity of the common people should be everyone’s priority.
The Chief Minister said that this region is mostly inhabited by people belonging to economically weaker, tribal, and backward classes.
These people come to the officers with a lot of hope for benefitting from the Government’s schemes and resolving their issues.
Everyone should thus make sure that they don’t have to frequent the Government offices.
The Chief Minister also performed the inauguration of developmental works and Bhoomipujan in Dharamjaigarh.
Work towards increasing the income of the people
Chief Minister Baghel said that there should be an improvement in education and health facilities in your region.
No woman should be anemic and no child should suffer from malnourishment. They should be able to access the schemes of the Government. Gauthans should be strengthened so that they become a medium of economic development.
Work should be done in this direction. The officers should work towards spreading awareness so that the income and prosperity of everyone including the members of self-help groups can increase.
Spread awareness to prevent the combat between humans and elephants
The Chief Minister Baghel gained information about the campaigns being run in the Dharamjaigarh region for the eradication of Anemia and malnutrition.
He gave the instructions to provide a timely nutritional diet along with hot food. He also gave instructions to improve the level of education, distribute Forest Rights certificates, provide timely treatment to people in remote areas under the Haat Bazaar Clinic Yojana, improve roads, and provide clean drinking water to people.
He informed people about the dangers of wandering elephants in the region.
To prevent combats between humans and elephants, the Chief Minister gave instructions to make provisions for drinking water for wild animals and fruit-bearing trees for elephants under the Narwa program and spread awareness among the public.
He also gave instructions to inform the villagers about the PESA law and to construct a stop dam in regions with water sources to enable irrigation facilities in tribal areas.
