Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for various development works worth Rs 569 crore in Dharamjaigarh…

During the second phase of his ‘Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan’, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 24 different development works worth Rs 569.78 crore in Dharamjaigarh assembly constituency of Raigarh district .

This includes the inauguration of 15 works built at a cost of Rs 64.36 crore and the foundation stone laying ceremony of 9 works to be constructed at a cost of Rs 505.42 crore.
         
The works inaugurated by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel during the programme include upgradation of Gharghoda-Bypass road by Public Works Department at a cost of Rs 24.74 crore, construction of a new high school building in village Bhalumar of Gharghoda at a cost of Rs 74 lakh and government high school building at village Saskoba under Dharamjaigarh block at a cost of Rs 75 lakh, 500 seater tribal hostel building at Dharamjaigarh by Tribal Development Department at a cost of Rs 14.57 crore, 50 seater each post matric hostel building at Gharghoda and Maharajganj at a cost of Rs 3.84 crore, construction of Saria Nala bridge from Dharamjaigarh to Korba, Urga, Hati and Dharamjaigarh road at a cost of Rs 8.02 crore and construction of bridge over Mand river on Bangarsuta road of Kudekela at a cost of Rs 9.99 crore by Public Works Department (Bridge), Human relief center cum granary in village Pandrimouha and Ududa under Dharamjaigarh by Forest and Climate Change Department at a cost of Rs 25 lakh, WBM Vanmarg at three places at a cost of Rs 80 lakh by Forest Department, Vantage and Causeway construction part-1 and 2 at Mediya Khunta Nala by Panchayat and Rural Development Department at a cost of Rs 40 lakh and ‘Pauni Pasari Bazar’ at a cost of Rs 27 lakh by Gharghoda Nagar Panchayat.

Similarly, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone for construction of 1 D-type government housing for judicial officers in Gharghoda Civil Court by the Department of Justice at a cost of Rs 76 lakh, 50 seater Post Matric Tribal Girls Hostel in village Bichhinara of Gharghoda by Tribal Development Department at a cost of Rs 1.53 crore, construction of bridge on Panikhet to Edukla road in Raigarh at a cost of Rs 5.50 crore and construction of bridge over Sangul river between village Samaniya and Pathalgaon Khurd at a cost of Rs 7.98 crore by Public Works Department (Bridge), 92 works under retrofitting scheme, 110 works under single village and 71 under solar scheme in Dharamjaigarh and Gharghoda at a cost of Rs 329.74 crore by Public Health Engineering Department, construction of CC road and drain by Gharghoda Nagar Panchayat at a cost of Rs 2.97 crore and beautification of Chhotemuda pond under ward number-10 in Gharghoda at a cost of Rs 94 lakh, and construction of 220/132 KV substation at Hati, Dharamjaigarh at a cost of Rs 156 crore by the Electricity Department.
