Relishes the taste of regional dishes including ‘Karela bhaji’ and ‘Munga bhaji’,Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan: Dharamjaigarh assembly constituency.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Wednesday partook lunch, sitting on the ground, at the house of a farmer in Bhendri Gram Panchayat falling under Dharamjaigarh assembly constituency of Raigarh district.
He is on a visit to the district as a part of his mammoth public interaction drive–‘Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan’.
Chief Minister relished the ultimate taste of regional ‘karela bhaji’ and ‘munga bhaji’ along with rice, dal, and roti at farmer Chamru Paikra’s house.
In addition, ‘lal bhaji’ and ‘badi sabzi’, ‘lauki chana dal’, ‘matar baingan bharta’, mango and tomato chutney along with sprouts salad were also served in the meal.
School Education Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam, Dharamjaigarh MLA Laljeet Singh Rathia, and Farmer Chamru Paikra also joined him for the meal.
On his arrival, Chief Minister was accorded a warm traditional welcome by Paikra and his family members with ‘aarti’, ‘chandan tilak’, and a flower bouquet.
