Baba Ji strongly opposed discrimination, and untouchability prevalent in the society of that time. He gave the message of ‘Mankhe-Mankhe Ek Saman’. Baba Saheb Ambedkar has also included thoughts of Baba Ji in the Preamble of the Indian Constitution.
CM Baghel said that the development of society and the country takes place through social harmony. Underlining the achievements of the state government in the last four years, he said now agriculture is profitable work.
Farmers who left agriculture and settled in the city are now returning to the village. Land prices have also increased. He said that despite the adverse circumstances, the state government has fulfilled its promises.
Till now, more than 57 lakh metric tonnes of paddy have been procured in the state. This quantity is more than the quantity of paddy purchased in the entire last four years’ season. A target has been set to procure 1.10 lakh metric tonnes of paddy this year.
He said that the state government has simplified and decentralized the paddy procurement system and also reached farmers by opening new procurement centers so that they do not need to travel far distances to sell their paddy. Weighing, transportation, payment, and milling of paddy are all going on smoothly.
He appealed to the farmers to donate hay in the gauthan and not to burn hay in the field. This will be the biggest service to the ‘Dharti Mata’ and ‘Gau Mata’. A prominent message of Baba Ghasidas ji can be followed by donating hay.

According to the Census 2011, 12.82 per cent population of Scheduled Castes has been recorded in the state. If the census of 2021 will be completed in time, then the reservation percentage will be improved according to their population.
A provision has been made by the constitution makers in the constitution for providing reservations to SC and ST classes according to their population.
If the people of Scheduled Castes agree, then as the Patel Commission constituted for OBCs in the state, a commission can also be constituted for the headcount of SCs. The state government is committed to providing equal rights to SC, ST, and OBC classes.
