Little did Muskan know that her long-due wish would be granted in just minutes.
In yet another kind gesture, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel gave financial aid of Rs 2 lakh to Muskan for her research studies after she made a request while interacting with him during his Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan.
Little did she know that one day Chief Minister would reach near her house and her long-due wish would be granted in just minutes of an interaction.
Hailing from an economically weaker family Muskan said “After completing my BSc Mathematics, I wanted to get into the research field and go out of state for my higher studies. However, I always hesitated to speak about the same to my family because of our weak financial condition. I took tuitions as well to support my family.”
While interacting with Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel at his Bhent-Mulaqat programme held at Dharamjaigarh Muskan expressed her wish to go to Banglore for her further studies besides sharing the financial struggles of the family.
She said that she needs to take coaching for the same but is unable to do so because of financial constraints.
After hearing her request, CM Baghel immediately asked her how much aid do you need. “Can’t tell exact amount or even estimate”, the girl said.
Chief Minister made a quip and said “If you are talking to a Chief Minister without an estimate then how will I be able to give you the amount.”
The girl got silent for a minute with a sad face, but was all smiles when he announced to give a financial aid of Rs 2 lakh from his discretionary fund.
She expressed her gratitude to Chief Minister for his help.
The locals present there were seen clapping and thanking Chief Minister after he made this announcement.
