Approval for construction of 132 KV sub-station at Pandripani, culverts in Koilanga Nala and stop dams at Belariya
Inaugurates Swami Atmanand Excellent Hindi Medium School in Loing
Raipur. Chief Minister Mr.Bhupesh Baghel interacted with the people during the ‘Bhent Mulaqat’ held at Loing village of Raigarh district.
He was enthusiastically welcomed by the ‘Sarva Samaj’ and they gave him a traditional bamboo cap to wear.
He prayed for the well-being of the people of the state by offering prayers at the Mahaprabhu Jagannath temple and also performed a ‘parikrama’ of the temple.
He also inaugurated Swami Atmanand Excellent Hindi Medium School in Loing village after offering prayers to Chhattisgarh Mahtari.
He also interacted with the students and inquired about the meeting arrangements, the presence of teachers, and the facilities available in the school.
Fulfilling the much-awaited demand of the villagers, Chief Minister Mr.Baghel approved the construction of ITI and a mini stadium at Loing-Mahapalli.
Apart from this, 132 KV sub-stations at Pandripani for uninterrupted power supply, construction of culverts in Koilanga Nallah to facilitate transportation and construction of a stop dam at Belaria for irrigation were also announced.
The Chief Minister wished the people present on the occasion of the ‘Navakhai’ festival. He had a meal at Mr. Bahadur Sidar’s house, a resident of Loing village.
He especially praised Shadras vegetable curry in the food. He was also served ‘lekha khatai’ and ‘Makhna Bhaji’.
On the demand of office bearers of Kushtu Guru Samuh Loing Kirtan Mandali, the Chief Minister gifted them a mic and box with WiFi-Bluetooth connectivity.
Taking feedback on the schemes, he said ”I am here with ministers, MLAs and officials to take feedback about the implementation of the government schemes”.
He interacted with villagers and discussed the PDS system, school management, Anganwadi centre working, implementation of government schemes etc.
During the meeting, Mrs. Sairabano and Mrs. Amrit Bai praised the PDS system and said that they are getting rice, and sugar on time as per eligibility from the ration shop.
A farmer named Mr.Shivraj Patel expressed his gratitude to the state government for farmer-friendly schemes and said that under Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, he received an amount of Rs.20 thousand as a second instalment.
He also sells cow dung in village Gauthan under Godhan Nyay Yojana, which gives them an additional profit.
Similarly, Mr.Vinod Kumar Gupta said that with the help of the Horticulture Department, he cultivates apple ‘ber’, banana, mango and palm on four acres of land.
He has 10-12 cows in the house and he also sells cow dung. Apart from this, he also cultivates paddy on six acres.
During the meeting, Mrs. Jahnavi Pradhan said that her group makes vermicompost in Gauthan and also manages a poultry farm.
Gothan Samiti has also got two flour mills for self-employment under the government scheme.
She thanked the Chief Minister for providing new employment opportunities to the women of the state.
Mr.Gurudev Pradhan, a resident of Kotabharri, praised the ‘Mukhya Mantri Haat Bazar Clinic’ scheme and said that he is getting free treatment for diabetes.
At the request of the women of Utkal Samaj, Chief Minister Mr.Bhupesh Baghel took a selfie with them and also wished them on the ‘Nuakhai’ festival.
During the meeting, School Education Minister Dr. Prem Sai Singh Tekam, Higher Education Minister Mr. Umesh Patel, MLA Mr. Prakash Nayak, Panchayat representatives, and a large number of villagers were present.
